EZSC.cc privacy notice

EZscape Ventures LLC ("EZSCAPE," "we," "us," or "our") operates ezsc.cc. This notice explains how we handle information when you open an EZSC.cc short link, scan one of our QR codes, or use a related page.

Your choice

No saved choice is present. Regional rules determine whether optional analytics are off.

This page lets you review or change your choice.

You can change or withdraw this choice at any time. Reject and Allow are equally available below. Your choice controls optional visitor-detail analytics and never blocks a valid short-link redirect.

Information we collect

When you use a link or related page, we may collect the link accessed, time of access, referring source, and campaign information included in the link. Depending on applicable rules and your privacy choices, optional detailed analytics may also include approximate city, region, or country, browser, device, operating-system information, and live individual link activity. Network information may support approximate location and estimates of unique link use where permitted. Approximate location is not device GPS location. We do not collect latitude or longitude for link analytics.

We process network information, including IP addresses, as needed to deliver and protect the service. A coarse country signal can select a regional privacy default; it does not establish where you live.

How we use information

We use information to operate links and related services, diagnose compatibility problems, understand use of our services, and improve business operations. Where permitted, campaign and geographic statistics help us assess campaign performance and plan marketing expenditure. We also use necessary information to investigate abuse and meet applicable legal obligations.

Where data protection law applies, we rely on legitimate interests for necessary service operation and protection, subject to any required assessment. These interests include delivering reliable links and preventing abuse. We rely on consent for optional processing when consent is required, and on applicable legal obligations when required.

Optional analytics and shared campaign totals

Optional analytics follow applicable privacy rules and your choices. In the United States, optional first-party visitor details may be used by default unless you reject them or a privacy signal is present. In the EEA, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, unknown locations, and countries not approved for default use, optional details stay off until you allow them. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track disables optional visitor-detail analytics.

Shared redirect and campaign totals continue when optional analytics are rejected. They use saved campaign information intended for a shared audience. Recipient-specific links and personal campaign labels are excluded. Totals can remain associated with a link or campaign label; labels alone do not establish that related information is anonymous.

We do not sell or trade personal information. We do not provide visitor information to advertising partners for their own profiling or cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and service providers

We may use a first-party preference cookie to remember your privacy choice. It is not used for advertising or visitor profiling. We may disclose necessary information to providers that operate or protect the service on our behalf under appropriate restrictions. We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or valid legal process. A destination website operates under its own privacy policy.

If personal information is processed outside your country, we use safeguards required by applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain optional detailed analytics for up to 30 days and routine security records for up to 90 days. Shared aggregate statistics may be retained longer where they do not identify visitors. Link or campaign labels alone are not proof that information is anonymous.

We use safeguards, including hashing and encryption, to protect information. Access to personal information is restricted to authorized purposes.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing. You may also object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Some requests are subject to lawful exceptions and reasonable verification. You may complain to the relevant privacy regulator.
